If you repeat them daily, you can lose fat even in three weeks.
- Elbow kiss – you have to spread out your arms at the level of your shoulders with the palms facing up and then make a ninety degrees angle upwards by folding each arm at the elbow. Then bring the hands to the front with forearms touching on the sides. Repeat 10 times in three sets.
- Push and touch – lift your stretched arms overhead from the resting position. You can use hand weights to add efficiency. Lift your arms simultaneously to the shoulder level and then bring the arms back in position. Do 3 sets of 6 repetitions.
- Crisscross reverse fly – for this exercise your legs must be put apart about the width of your shoulders. Bend forward at the waist 90 degrees. While holding the hand weight or dumbbell bent at the elbow raise your hands to the level of your shoulders.
- Bent–over circular row – put your legs apart at the width of your shoulders and bend forward 90 degrees. Move the dumbbell towards the opposite hand, lift it up and then move it towards to the chest. Move it to the back and repeat 10 times in three sets.
