The recipe we present you is easy to make and is great for losing weight. Also, because of its natural ingredients, you will full more energized and good.
For this recipe you will need:
- 8 glasses water
- 1 tsp. grated ginger root
- 1 medium-sized cucumber, peeled and cut into slices
- 1 medium-sized lemon cut into slices
- 12 fresh mint leaves and 1 tsp dried mint
You have to mix all the ingredients in a bowl and leave them overnight. It’s better if you keep the bowl in the fridge.
Drink 4-5 glasses during the day. The first glass should be consumed in the morning, before breakfast.
If you want to see fast results, you need to adopt a healthy diet and do some exercises every day. It is important to be physically active.
Don’t drink this mixture more than 4 days without a 1-week break. If you want to repeat the procedure, wait a weak and then start again for 4 days.
