  • This position also improves digestion because, so pancreas and stomach are in large proportion placed on the left. In addition, the digestive enzyme secretion will be better if you try to sleep on your left side.
  • Sleeping on the left improves blood flow and favors a better functioning of the heart. It also favors spleen activity.
  • However, the worst position to sleep is actually sleeping on your stomach.  This sleep position leads to abnormal curvature of the spine.
